Regulates the Water Resources Graduate Program, Institute of Geosciences, Federal University of Pará, the nature, organization and purpose of the Program, coordination and administration of the election program, mandate and competence of the College and the coordination of the Program, the composition, characterization and accreditation of faculty, physical structure and research laboratories, of the didactic-academic organization, evaluation of the Program, financial resources, general and transitional provisions.
